What is AWANA?
One of our children's ministries is AWANA. Awana stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed", derived from 2 Timothy 2:15, "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth".
Our AWANA club exists to help children get a strong foundation in their Bible through Bible lessons, scripture memorization, and songs. Awana also offers games and a light snack.
Join Us on Sunday Evenings
Join the fun each Sunday evening from 4:30 - 6:00 pm for our 2025 Awana season.
Awana starts back up in January 2025. Be on the lookout for a beginning date.
Awana's age groups are 5 years old through 5th grade. If your child needs a ride, please call the church office 660-258-3391.
